A full set of 7 reproduction boxes of the first of the Matchbox 1-75 models.
The models that appeared between 1953 and 1954 were the first releases of Lesney Matchbox products through the Moko distribution company.
Earlier models had been done, but these were the first Matchbox.
Only 7 models were issued in this A type box. Commonly known as the ‘Script’ boxes due to the word Moko being in a cursive script.

This is a Matchbox Lesney F style reproduction box for the last of the regular wheel issues.
Matchbox Lesney 47c DAF Tipper Container Truck F Style Repro Box.
A reproduction box for the Matchbox Lesney DAF Tipper Container Truck.
The early version was issued in the E style box. This is the later version box for the Silver Truck with Yellow Container.
A reproduction silver-grey roof is also available.
Matchbox Lesney 13d Dodge Wreck Truck F Style Repro Box.
The 13d BP Dodge Wreck Truck is a popular model. Introduced in 1965 it continued into the Superfast era.
Commonly found as a yellow cab with green body, the rare and valuable first version of the truck has the reverse colours and a grey plastic hook.
In 1970 some fakes were produced but had a red hook and the framework of the crane jib was thicker like the later castings.
This is a Matchbox Lesney F style reproduction box for the last of the regular wheel issues.
Empty reproduction replacement Matchbox ABBA Doll Reproduction Box – Benny.
The ABBA dolls were issued in the 1980’s.
Each box includes the clear film to the outer box and the pink insert inside. You only need to supply the doll and a retainer band around their waist (a short white wire tie I understand was in the original). The boxes are available individually as well.
They are all the same except for the name and signature in the diagonal flash across the clear film.
Our reproduction boxes are mounted on white cardboard and have our logo imprinted on an internal flap.
