An empty custom box for a Matchbox Lesney Superfast 1e2 Mercedes Military Truck G Style Custom Box.
The Matchbox Lesney G Style Boxes were the first style of Superfast box. Earlier Superfast boxes were transitional and included a mix of regular wheels and superfast wheel models and labelling.
This is not a reproduction. The Military Mercedes Truck was issued in a Two-Pack or Twin-Pack with a matching 2d Trailer. The models were in military green with pale brown canopies. This is a customised box.
